With over a decade in enterprise pre-sales and related business development, I’ve personally led the submission of 1,000+ B2B client proposals, securing more than 15 major wins that contributed $550m in combined total contract value — including the signature of a billion-dollar framework agreement.
Today, I focus on supporting SMEs with growth strategies through a hands-on, forward-deployed approach. My work spans:
- Designing and optimising sales processes to reduce friction and increase win rates.
- Implementing technology solutions for visibility, automation, and scalability.
- Engineering go-to-market strategies that align sales, marketing, and delivery.
- Delivering actionable insights to improve client engagement and decision-making.
Alongside this, I’m leading digital transformation initiatives — most recently with Ennis & Co. — to modernise commercial and operational technology stacks and create seamless, data-driven client experiences. My prior roles include Commercial Services Director (apps dev/management), Bid Director (digital transformation/ITO), and Business Development Director (online streaming), with deep expertise in tech and professional services, particularly banking and capital markets.
