Resources

Things I've built and tested.

Practical experiments, prototypes and guides exploring how technology, data and automation can solve real commercial and operational problems.

Built to find out what actually works.

I learn more by building something than by talking about it. These are working experiments created to test an idea, understand the difficult bits and make the results available for others to explore.

Build guide + experiment

What if your client could explore the price, rather than just receive it?

A working experiment exploring how an existing financial model can become a governed, client-facing interactive pricing dashboard.

It looks at the practical challenges of governance, reconciliation, controlled client levers and protecting the intellectual property behind the model.

What happens when AI becomes a conversation, rather than a chat box?

A practical Voice AI demonstration built to explore how natural spoken interaction changes the way people can engage with AI.

Rather than describing what Voice AI might feel like, this is something you can actually try.

Conclave II
Working prototype

What if you could convene the right panel to challenge an idea, in minutes rather than weeks?

A voice meeting room where a panel of AI personas, each briefed on your documents and holding a clear point of view, discusses a decision with you and argues it out.

It explores the hard parts of multi-agent conversation: who speaks next, keeping replies fast, and making sure every figure quoted has a source.

Work in progress

Registering for school holiday clubs is a faff for parents. Can it be simpler?

Parents provide the same names, emergency contacts, allergies, medical information and collection arrangements every time they register a child for a holiday club.

ClubForm explores whether that information can follow the child instead, while each club still asks for exactly the permissions and safeguards its programme needs.

Why build these?

A working example answers questions a slide deck can't.

New technology becomes much easier to evaluate when you can put it against a real problem, build something and see where it works — and where it doesn't.

These resources are experiments rather than polished products. The aim is to make an idea tangible, expose the practical issues and share what I learn along the way.
